Dana is passionate about providing excellent client service and has focused her career on setting high standards and meeting those standards with care.

Dana began with Coastal Community in a service role in 2007, helping our members and clients improve their financial picture. In 2016, she joined our Client Service team because of a strong desire to expand her financial services career in wealth management.

Dana’s extensive knowledge of retail banking helps her connect the dots for clients between their day to day needs and planning for their future. Dana is a fully licensed assistant, and takes pleasure in building lasting relationships by actively listening to client needs, paying attention to detail and following through on her commitments.

Dana is a strong advocate for community initiatives, particularly those that focus on helping citizens in need. She works with Nanaimo’s local food bank, Loaves and Fishes, the 7-10 club and Extreme Weather Shelter. When not volunteering, Dana loves to spend time with friends and family enjoying our beautiful community. Although she is Island born and raised, she also loves to travel, particularly to Australia, where her Dad is from and she can spend time in the great outdoors.
