Dana has been with Coastal Community in a service role since 2007 helping our members and clients to be financially better off. She has a desire to expand her knowledge and experience into the field of Wealth Management and continue her career with our group deepening client relationships.
Dana’s extensive knowledge of retail banking helps her connect the dots for clients between their day to day needs and planning for their future. She takes pleasure in building lasting relationships by actively listening to client needs, paying attention to detail and following through on her commitments. Dana is passionate about providing excellent client service and has focused her career on setting high standards and meeting those standards with care. Dana is currently enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course and looks forward to being a licensed assistant by the end of 2016.
Dana is a strong advocate for community initiatives particularly those that focus on helping citizens in need. She works with Nanaimo’s local food bank, Loaves and Fishes, the 7-10 club and Extreme Weather Shelter. When not volunteering, Dana loves to spend time with friends and family enjoying our beautiful community. Although she is island born and raised she also loves to travel, particularly Australia where her Dad is from and spend time in the great outdoors.
